Bayview Avenue is Toronto’s worst road for 2016 according to the latest ranking by CAA South Central Ontario.
The stretch of road jumped to the number one spot after dethroning Dufferin Street from a year ago.
The online campaign, which asked the public to vote for the roads most in need of repair and redesign, had over 2,500 roads nominated across the province.
“It’s clear from the response that improved infrastructure and reduced congestion matters to motorists, pedestrians, cyclists and transit riders,” said Raymond Chan, Government Relations Specialist, CAA South Central Ontario during a press conference Thursday morning.
